Malawi - Finland Relations
RELATIONS WITH MALAWI
Diplomatic relations between Malawi and Finland were established in 1986.

The country cooperates in project financing with other Nordic country agencies, such as the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD), Icelandic International Development Agency (ICEIDA), and the Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA), among others.
PROSPECTS FOR COOPERATION
Prospects for cooperation with Finland include areas such as governance, fisheries, and forestry among others.
